Infill Bungalow

This design is based on a standard Habitat for Humanity format with some changes. The idea is to use this house to stabilize an existing neighborhood through the use of design details that are common in that neighborhood. The motive is to rebuild on vacant land and as property values stabilize move onto remodeling the existing houses.

This house is designed to expand. The high pitched roof offers space for two additional bedrooms and a bath. The house has a basement and front porch which can be screened.
