We designed the original house in 1976. The house was sold and the new owners approached us expand it. We remodeled the kitchen and dining room, and added a dining terrace. We rebuilt the front porch and expanded the garage, family room, and master suite. We refaced one of the chimneys with brick matching the other, and collaborated with Landscape Architect, Joyce Latta, on the remodeling and expansion of the rear decks and enhancement of the grounds. The work was broken into three phases to give the family a periodic rest from the stress of remodeling.
